Alana Coleman is the Head of Billing and Metering, where she ensures the smooth and accurate delivery of billing services. She is dedicated to putting customers first, making sure their bills are processed efficiently every month and leveraging metering data to provide valuable usage insights.

With extensive experience in Contact Centres, Alana has led her team to win the Gold European Contact Centre and Customer Service Award for Best Large Customer Service Team. She holds an Institute of Learning Management qualification and brings nearly 20 years of management expertise to her role.

Alana lives by the motto, “Everything happens for a reason.” She believes that life’s challenges, like a flooded cellar, help us grow and better support those around us.
