Jon Ferguson is the Head of Collections at Valda Energy. He is responsible for creating and executing the collections strategy, ensuring his team is equipped to have meaningful conversations with customers and collaborating with third-party agencies to manage overall debt value.

Jon has worked across various industries, including Financial Services, BPOs, Telecoms, and now Utilities, where he has improved operational performance and implemented positive changes across multiple businesses.

Jon is passionate about continuous improvement, never content to sit still and accept the status quo. He takes his team on a journey to understand the positive impacts they have on their departments and the organisation as a whole.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He has a passion for motorcycles and loves sci-fi, fantasy films and TV.
