How you will Energise Our Team 🤝
The Change of Tenancy Coordinator plays a key role in reviewing and validating tenancy change requests received through multiple channels. Operating within a dynamic and fast-paced department, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail, ensuring tasks are completed with precision and efficiency.
The day-to-day responsibilities will involve but not be limited to the following:
- Manage change of tenancy (COT) requests via telephone, email, and live chat, ensuring all information is recorded accurately and efficiently
- Verify, investigate, and resolve change of tenancy cases in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Act as the first point of contact for customers moving into or out of their premises, delivering a professional and positive experience
- Process and update all change of tenancy requests promptly and with a high level of accuracy
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams both verbally and in writing to ensure smooth transitions
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies within change of tenancy details, ensuring issues are handled swiftly and appropriately
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
The Spark we're Looking For 🔍
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose issues, identify solutions, and deliver effective resolutions
- Confident and professional when making outbound calls to gather change of tenancy information
- High attention to detail and accuracy across all aspects of work
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and develop positive working relationships
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure
- Capable of multitasking and adapting within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
