How you will Energise Our Team 🤝
Working within our Business Change team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating change initiatives across the organisation. The focus of this role is on overseeing supplier relationships, monitoring and controlling costs against budgets and timelines, and supporting our people through periods of change. You will act as a central point of coordination, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, stakeholders remain engaged, and change initiatives are implemented smoothly and successfully.
The day-to-day responsibilities will involve but not be limited to the following:
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure effective cost control by tracking expenditures against approved budgets and project timelines
- Support and guide individuals and teams through change initiatives, fostering engagement, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive transition experience that aligns with organisational goals and values
- Map end-to-end business processes related to company procedures, including document creation, review, approval, storage, retrieval, and disposal
- Support in defining, controlling, and tracking of all internal and external documentation related to delivery of projects across the business
- Support the development of processes for documentation control to maximise efficiency without sacrificing quality and accuracy
- Work with stakeholders to convert business requirements into a developer-friendly specification
- Communicate with third party vendors and partners to address technical questions, issues, or requests
- Analyse existing software applications to understand and document functionality
- Internal quality assurance of the documentation prior to providing for peer review
The Spark we're Looking For 🔍
- Proven experience in process documentation, analysis, and/or automation, with an eye for efficiency and quality
- The ability to facilitate data-driven approaches to problem-solving, using insights to influence and improve business outcomes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote, and Visio), with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Excellent relationship management skills, able to build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships that drive positive, consistent outcomes
- A talent for organising, prioritising, and managing multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
- Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills, with confidence interpreting data to guide decisions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- A self-motivated, confident, and collaborative work ethic, with a genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and business improvement
